Digital Products
Digital files cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded. Review each product description before purchasing.

The digital products, presets, templates, kits, loops, sample packs, vocal chains, mix chains, DAW resources, and creator tools sold by The Producers Hangout are intended to assist music creators in recording, producing, mixing, arranging, and improving their creative workflow.
Results may vary depending on individual use, recording environment, equipment quality, software version, plugin availability, gain staging, vocal performance, production style, engineering skill, monitoring setup, and other factors outside of our control. The Producers Hangout does not guarantee any specific sound, mix result, vocal tone, streaming performance, placement, revenue, or professional outcome.
Product Use & Expected Results
TPH products are creative tools and workflow resources. Presets and templates are designed to provide starting points, chains, routing, tone shaping, and production direction, but they may still require adjustment to fit your recording, voice, beat, room, microphone, interface, and musical style.
Vocal presets and mix chains process existing audio or live input. They do not create a finished professional recording by themselves. Good source recordings, proper levels, clean performance, and basic engineering decisions remain important parts of the final result.
DAW & Plugin Compatibility
Some TPH products are made for specific DAWs, plugin formats, or workflows such as FL Studio, Studio One, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton, Waves StudioRack, or other software. Compatibility may vary based on your DAW version, operating system, plugin format, installed plugins, and computer setup.
Before purchasing, review the product description to confirm DAW compatibility, required plugins, file type, software version, and installation requirements. The Producers Hangout is not responsible for incompatibility caused by missing software, missing plugins, unsupported systems, outdated DAW versions, or unsupported third-party software changes.
Third-Party Plugins
Some templates, presets, or chains may require third-party plugins such as Waves or other plugin brands. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party plugins are not included with your purchase and must be purchased, installed, licensed, and activated separately by the user.
For Waves StudioRack products, StudioRack itself may be used to load chains, but the required Waves plugins listed on the product page must be installed and authorized on your system for the preset to function correctly.
Auto-Tune, Pitch Correction & Vocal Effects
Some DAWs do not include built-in pitch correction, Auto-Tune, or the same vocal tuning tools used in certain professional workflows. If pitch correction is needed, you may need a free or paid third-party tuning plugin that works with your DAW.
TPH products do not guarantee that your DAW includes pitch correction, tuning, or vocal effects unless specifically stated on the product page.
Digital Products & Downloads
The Producers Hangout sells digital products and downloadable files. Digital goods cannot be physically returned once downloaded, accessed, copied, installed, or used.
Each customer receives access to the product files provided for that item. If you experience a download issue, missing file, corrupted archive, or delivery problem, contact support at info@theproducershangout.com with your order details so we can review the issue.
Artist-Inspired Products & References
Some TPH products may reference artists, genres, producers, sounds, cities, eras, or styles for educational, descriptive, comparison, commentary, or inspiration purposes. Any artist name, song title, producer name, label name, brand name, or style reference is used only to describe the general creative direction or sound lane of a product.
Unless explicitly stated, The Producers Hangout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or partnered with any referenced artist, producer, record label, brand, software company, or rights holder.
Artist-inspired products are made from original work, original settings, original presets, original sound design, or original creative direction. They are not official artist products and do not contain private session files from any artist.
Intellectual Property & Visual Artwork
Product files, product descriptions, graphics, images, presets, templates, kits, and original TPH materials are created for The Producers Hangout or used with permission where applicable.
Any third-party trademarks, artist names, DAW names, plugin names, or software names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, compatibility, commentary, or descriptive purposes only.
The Producers Hangout does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, artist names, software names, or external brand identities.
Samples, Kits & Royalty Terms
Royalty terms may vary by product. Unless a product page states otherwise, TPH kits and sample-based products are intended for use in beats, songs, content, and commercial music production after purchase.
If a specific kit, loop pack, collaboration pack, or special product includes different licensing terms, those terms will be listed on the product page and will apply to that product.
Users are responsible for reviewing the product description and license information before releasing music commercially.
Educational Content & Comparisons
Any examples, tutorials, comparisons, audio references, or educational content provided by TPH are for informational and creative learning purposes only. They do not represent a promise that a user will achieve the exact same sound or result.
When product descriptions mention a style, sound, or inspiration, that language is intended to help customers understand the creative direction of the product.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Producers Hangout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, misuse of, or inability to use our products.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using TPH products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own setup, software, plugin licenses, file backups, DAW compatibility, project settings, and creative decisions.
You agree to hold The Producers Hangout harmless from claims, damages, expenses, disputes, or losses that arise from your use, misuse, modification, release, resale, or distribution of products purchased from The Producers Hangout.
Refunds & Support
Because TPH products are digital goods, sales may be final once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or used. Refund eligibility, if any, may depend on the platform where the product was purchased and the specific circumstances of the order.
If you have a genuine issue with file access, delivery, missing files, or product setup, contact support at info@theproducershangout.com and include your order number, product name, DAW, operating system, and a clear description of the issue.
