What DAWs do you support with your templates?
TPH products may support Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Studio One, FL Studio, Ableton Live, Waves StudioRack, and other modern DAW workflows depending on the product.
Always check the individual product description before purchasing because every template or preset pack may have its own DAW requirements.
Do you have stock plugin templates?
Yes. Some TPH templates and presets are built with stock plugins only, while other advanced products may use third-party plugins for a more detailed sound and workflow.
If a product uses stock plugins only, that will be listed on the product page.
Do your templates and presets come with third-party plugins?
No. TPH templates, presets, and chains do not include paid third-party plugins. If a product requires Waves or any other third-party plugin, you must already own and install those plugins separately.
Required plugins are listed in the product description when needed.
What plugins are used in your templates?
Each product page lists the required plugins for that template or preset pack. Advanced templates may require more plugins than basic or stock versions.
Before purchasing, review the product description so you know exactly what is needed to run the product correctly.
What is a Waves StudioRack preset?
Waves StudioRack is a free plugin from Waves that lets you load a chain of Waves plugins inside one rack. StudioRack can be used in many major DAWs, which makes it useful for vocal chains and mixing presets.
TPH StudioRack presets are loaded inside the StudioRack plugin. You must own the required Waves plugins listed on the product page for the preset to work correctly.
Can StudioRack presets work in any DAW?
StudioRack presets can work in DAWs that support Waves StudioRack. Since StudioRack is loaded as a plugin, the preset can be used across many different DAW setups as long as StudioRack and the required Waves plugins are installed.
Do your products come with installation instructions?
Many TPH products include instructions, setup notes, or install guidance inside the download. If you are having trouble installing a preset or finding the correct folder, email support at info@theproducershangout.com.
I accidentally purchased the wrong DAW version. What should I do?
Email info@theproducershangout.com with your order details and the DAW version you meant to purchase. If a compatible version is available, we will help point you in the right direction.

Can I use the kits in any DAW?
Yes. Most loop kits, drum kits, one-shot kits, and MIDI kits can be used in any DAW that supports standard audio and MIDI files, including FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton, Pro Tools, Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, GarageBand, and more.
What formats are the samples in?
Formats may vary by product, but most sample-based products use common formats like WAV, MP3, and MIDI. Check each product description for the exact included file types.
Do I need specific software to use drum kits, loops, or MIDI files?
No. Standard audio and MIDI files can be loaded into most major DAWs. Some preset-based products may require a specific DAW or plugin, but basic samples and MIDI are generally universal.
Are the kits royalty free?
Unless a product page states otherwise, TPH kits are intended to be royalty-free for beats, songs, content, and standard commercial use after purchase.
If a specific kit, loop, collaboration pack, or special product has different licensing terms, those terms will be listed on the product page.
Are artist-inspired packs copied from real artist sessions?
No. Artist-inspired products are built from original sounds, presets, tones, or workflow ideas that reference a certain lane or style. They are not copied from private artist sessions.
How do I install or use sample packs?
After purchase, download and unzip the pack. From there, drag the WAV, MP3, or MIDI files into your DAW and start chopping, layering, arranging, or building your session.

How will I receive my product after purchase?
Digital products are delivered through the platform where you purchased them. You should receive access to your download after checkout, and in many cases a confirmation email will also include your download information.
I purchased but did not receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your order page, email inbox, spam folder, and the account used to complete the purchase. If you still cannot find the download, email info@theproducershangout.com with your order details.
What is the refund policy?
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, all digital sales are generally final. If there is a technical issue with the file, download, or product delivery, contact support with your order information.
Can I preview products before buying?
When available, demos, audio previews, screenshots, product notes, or examples are included on the product page. Check the product description before purchasing to make sure the product fits your needs.
What should I include when emailing support?
Include your name, order number if available, product name, DAW, operating system, plugins installed, and a clear explanation of the issue. The more details you include, the easier it is to help.

StudioRack FAQ
My StudioRack presets are not working in my DAW. What should I check?
Make sure Waves StudioRack is installed, your DAW can load StudioRack, and the required Waves plugins listed on the product page are installed and activated on your computer.
StudioRack presets are loaded through the StudioRack plugin itself, not directly through the DAW preset browser.
How do I find or install Waves StudioRack presets?
Your preset files will be included in your downloaded folder and may be organized by preset type such as lead vocal, dubs, adlibs, or effects.
You can keep the preset folder somewhere safe and manually load presets from StudioRack, or copy the preset folders into the StudioRack preset location on your computer.

I have Pro Tools installed but some stock plugins are missing. Why?
Some DAWs install stock plugins separately, require additional content installation, or may not include every plugin depending on your version or subscription. Open your DAW installer or account manager and confirm all included plugins are installed.
Which Waves plugins should I buy first?
Only buy plugins you are comfortable investing in and only if they are required for the product you want to use. Check the TPH product description first so you know exactly which Waves plugins are needed.
If you are unsure, email support before buying additional plugins.
The preset does not fit my voice or setup. What should I do?
Presets are starting points. Your microphone, room, interface, voice, gain staging, and recording quality all affect the final sound. Try adjusting input level, EQ, compression, effects, and output gain to match your recording.
If you need help, email support with the product name, DAW, vocal recording setup, and what sounds wrong.
Do templates include presets for a two-track beat?
Some advanced vocal, mixing, or StudioRack products may include two-track beat chains or mix-bus style processing. If included, it will be listed on the individual product page.
