Digital Products
The Producers Hangout sells and distributes digital music production products and creator resources, including but not limited to vocal presets, vocal chains, DAW templates, drum kits, loop packs, sample packs, MIDI files, producer resources, setup guides, educational downloads, and creator tools.
All digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing or downloading a TPH product does not transfer ownership of the original files, brand assets, templates, artwork, documentation, or intellectual property.
License & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own music production, recording, mixing, beat making, content creation, and creative projects.
You may use TPH sounds, templates, presets, and tools to create your own songs, beats, demos, mixes, content, and commercial music, subject to the product-specific license terms listed on the product page.
Prohibited Use

- Resell, redistribute, leak, upload, share, or give away TPH products or download files.
- Claim TPH products, templates, presets, kits, artwork, or documentation as your own.
- Include TPH files inside another product for resale or distribution.
- Upload TPH products to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, Discord servers, forums, or social platforms.
- Reverse engineer, copy, clone, or repackage TPH products for competing products.
- Use the website or products for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
Product Compatibility
Each product page may list supported DAWs, plugin requirements, file formats, operating systems, or setup instructions. It is your responsibility to review the product description before purchasing and confirm that the product is compatible with your setup.
Compatibility may depend on your DAW version, operating system, plugin format, installed plugins, computer setup, and third-party software updates.
Third-Party Plugins
Some TPH products require third-party plugins, software, or platforms such as Waves StudioRack or other plugin brands. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party plugins are not included with your purchase and must be purchased, installed, licensed, and activated separately.
TPH is not responsible for changes, issues, discontinued products, license problems, or compatibility changes caused by third-party software providers.
Orders & Payment
Orders may be processed through third-party platforms such as Etsy, payment processors, or digital delivery providers. By purchasing through a third-party platform, you may also be subject to that platform’s terms, payment policies, privacy policy, and purchase rules.

Digital Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered through the platform where the purchase was made. If you do not receive your download link, check your email, spam folder, account order page, and purchase confirmation first.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, accessed, copied, installed, or used, all digital sales may be final unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules.

Support
TPH may provide reasonable product support, download assistance, installation guidance, and setup help for products purchased from us. Support is not guaranteed to include custom mixing, DAW training, computer repair, third-party plugin troubleshooting, or one-on-one engineering services unless separately agreed.

Recording quality and product performance may depend on your voice, equipment, room, microphone, interface, gain staging, DAW, plugins, performance, and engineering skill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Producers Hangout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from the use of, misuse of, or inability to use our website, products, downloads, services, or third-party platforms.
